Great place to charge my car. Really happy about every aspect of that. Toilet was a little grubby though and there was nowhere to hang my coat
Added an extra £15 worth of V-Power fuel, insisting that I had put it in my car despite only using the regular unleaded petrol.nA Quick Look at the security footage would clearly show that I only used one pump.nDisgraceful customer experience.
The staff named Hamza was very kind and engaging, he has made my day.
Disappointing service when car wash failed. I have used this car wash many times. Having paid for the wash, the machine failed to work. On reporting this I was initially told it is working perfectly, with the suggestion being that I was an idiot and didn’t understand how to use it. When I repeated exactly what had occurred I was then told to come back tomorrow. The lady on duty was utterly unconcerned about the failure. Couldn’t care less! My problem not hers.
This is a small place, but nice and quiet. The staff asked me about receipe, I didn't have to ask. I don't know the toilet cleanliness, i wasn't there. The staff were nice and kind.
