I asked Lloyds to stop sending me the incredible amount of marketing stuff each month. It was 45 minutes painfull phoning 2 months ago with their customer service. They still sending me, and I am so terrified that my money is in the hands of some single-minded biorobot who cannot understand a single customer request. What to expect from them, if I really need something important? Avoid them!
