Shocking customer service!! And the facilities are horrendous.. if ots early.. dont expect to get a coffee or milk ir anything for that matter as the night window is barely big enough for a tub of butter.. It needs a re-furb asap as the bp down the roads facilities are far more efficient.. solve this and it would be a handy stop for comnuters.

Floor is almost always covered in diesel and the fuel isn't any cheaper than anywhere else. Only plus side is there is free diesel if you want to syphon it off the floor.
