Pumps easy to use. Friendly staff.nI didn't buy anything in the shop, only fuel.nI was a little confused about where the exit was, it's not very well marked. But I found it anyway.

Stopped for coffee, the machine wasn't working and the ladies/disabled loo was disgusting.  The actual cubicle was filthy and I'd think twice about changing my baby in there.   The actual toilet didn'took as if it had been cleaned for days, disgusting and a health hazard

Really bad experience this morning, I stopped to get a coffee on my way to work and I was served by Wendy at the counter who was extremely rude seeing the payment didn’t go through the first try. I work in customer service too, this is not how you treat your customers. It ruined my day, her comments and reactions were so unnecessary and embarrassing.

The price of the fuel here is not too bad compared to other BPs.nnI think they should invest in cleaning up their pumps as there are a lot of spillages especially around pump 1

This BP can hardly call itself a services.nThe toilet facilities have been non-existent for almost a month now!! I mean FIX IT and stop hiding behind a paper notice on a door... so far  I c no evidence of the problem being temporary as the notice suggests! Wat a joken... pull your sox up and provide the services required... it just isn't good enough & definitely not wat anyone expects from BP!!!
