It does deserve one star because it's useful for the toilets. Aside from that, there are security guards glaring at you the minute you walk through the door. Clearly always expecting trouble. With the way the council behave (like over indulged, self entitled toddlers) that's probably not surprising. Perhaps if they didn't, they wouldn't need to hide behind oversized angry security staff? Just a thought...

Twice had two bills for over payment all together adding up to more than £3000 sorted one out to yet receive another, absolute joke get people in who know what there doing instead of causing unnecessary stress!!

absolutely useless! Called 3 times so far to sort out council tax as I have moved out of Sheffield - still not resolved! They are one of the reasons I moved out.

Very poor council never wanted or did anywork that needed doing. Gave notice and was told i would have to pay 1 months rent as i gave short notice (fair enough) or until someone moved in during that month now they are charging me well over a months rent with no explanation and refuse to say why/give a breakdown and sending it to a debt collection agency. Id give them a 0* if i could

My 89 year old dad who has Alzaymer's, and has just lost his wife, got a bill for housing benefit overpayment of nearly £70 pound a week, with no explanation why. He only gets £130 to live on! What do they expect him to live on! The staff must be a bunch of reincarnated Nazi's who work there. Phoning is a waste of time too. Spent 16 minutes on the phone. Had to give up in the end. Tried again 30 minutes later and this time couldn't even get on to wait for an answer!
