The place is pretty nice and well managed. When I came, it was pretty quiet, which is nice if you wanna have a prayer. Then, there was someone playing the pipe organ/piano, so beautiful, adding good impression of the experience. The gift shop has some cute stuffs :
If you've not been to Sheffield, or if you have and not been to see the Cathedral. You need to give it a visit.nLovely Cathedral & it has a cafe & gift shop.nIf you wish to take something home to remember your visit.
Sheffield Cathedral is stunning and so lovely to view. So many interesting area's that are special and meaningful. The beautiful stained glass windows are awsome and worth spending time taking a good look at them. The ceiling are fascinating as well. It is all so inspiring. Its well worth doing to help with the costs.
NHS Dementia Christmas concert. We had a great choice of seating , a bar was open, and mince pies available. The host was the Gogglebox vicar who is from Sheffield. There was a gospel choir ,NHS choir, busker ,sax players, opera singer, and a surprise performance from Tony Christie.
An amazing hour of classically played Christmas themed music on strings that when seated, close your eyes to travel the globe and relax in the awesome acoustic atmosphere.
