The river Tame runs through  here with a spill off lake which says ducks and grease. There are several different pathways to walk along bringing you out near to DUDLEY Port train station. If you like a nice quiet walk in the countryside, then this is probably the closest you're going to get in this area.

A Hidden gem in Tipton area .Explore the footpath and the path around this reserve. It is a perfect fplace to take a book and a picnic when the weather is good. 
Only downside is people don't know how to take their trash with them once they are finished with their snacks.

The councill need to get over there and start looking after the pools and make it better to fish, also cut the grass as its just over grown and just a general tidy up.

A fantastic place for fishing and walking your dog. A nature reserve in a built up area. Be careful not to let young children near water.
