Please can you give "some customer"care training to the very rude little man who was opening up this morning. (18.04.2018) As the tub for water for dogs was out but empty, when I politely asked if it was possible for some water, he said firmly NO I am putting these out (referring to some chairs,) there were no customers and indeed it wasn't even open). But, as I walked away after saying "well thanks very much"! he said "haven't you got taps at home!" I have lived in Shanklin for 45 years, and have worked with the public in seasonal roles (as a teenager) and with the public throughout my career. How disappointing for our local tourism as he didn't know whether I was on holiday or a local. I am amazed at his tone, attitude and his bitchy comment and that he is even working with the public? this was all witnessed by bemused holiday makers! who may now be put off !
