This was a disappointing stay. We had an 80 year old as part of our group, who isn't too steady on her feet. The room she had didn't have a working light in the bathroom. Despite complaints, they didn't rectify the situation. She was given a lamp that had nowhere to be plugged in. Luckily a member of our group had a torch for her to use. There was no offer to change her room or anything. The water pressure in our rooms was also terrible. It took over half an hour to rinse my hair! Two of the rooms in our party had such small bathrooms that the sinks were in the bedroom. At breakfast time, many of the staff seemed disorganised and unsure on what they were doing. When waiting to ask a question, there were a number just standing round discussing who had slept with who the night before, which is fine when done out of earshot of the guests, but not when you are supposed to be working. The hotel is very tired and in need of updating, but the stay could have been brilliant if the basic facilities and staffing was rectified. A change of room would have made a huge difference for an elderly lady who had to struggle round in the dark to use the toilet in the night. None of us will be staying in this hotel again.

BRILLIANT STAY FOR TWO DAYS. STAFF VERY SUPPORTIVE AND HELPFUL. HAVING LIMITED SIGHT THEY REALLY HELPED ME. VERY IMPRESSED. ONE YOUNG LADY WAS BRILLIANT. ONLY DOWNSIZE THE BATHROOM WAS NOT DISABLED FRIENDLY. LOOKING FORWARD TO GOING BACK.

Beautiful views from the dinning room. Food is really good. The hotel is nice and clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. I'll definitely be staying again!

Enjoyed our stay. Food was good with plenty of choice. Staff always on hand to help/assist if required..we will be returning next year.

STAFF 5* , CLEANING 4* , ROOMS 5* , FOOD 5* , NOISE 5* , LOCATION 5*, BEDS MATTRESS 2* NEW MATTRESS ON EVERY BED IS ALL THIS PLACE NEEDS APART FROM THAT A GREAT HOTEL FRIENDLY STAFF ALWAYS GREAT FOOD
