Card shop lovely, but lady that sorts balloons and chocolates needs a happy pill, so spiteful and cutting with her words. Perhaps some manners and how to talk to people especially paying customers classes would be beneficial. Spoke down to my husband and was very rude. Perhaps show prices for chocolate instead of demanding if he was done with his order.
