Poor product knowledge, blinds made for our bow window not fit for purpose, awful customer service, a bad experience dealing with this inept company.

The worse service ever finally came to messure after missing two other appointment without any call and then they never called with a quote to let me a price called the office to see what was happening they said they don't know no reason why they hadn't called and didn't care poor services don't waste your time because they never turn up..

Very helpful and accommodating when placing the order however I supplied my own very expensive fabric for the blinds and had ordered extra  than the amount quoted by the representative to make matching soft furnishings.  I was assured by the representative that the left over fabric would be returned.  It was not.  There has been no explanation or indeed apology.  In fact no response at all to my emails.  Appalling customer service. Would give no star rating if that was an option!

Really happy with my blinds. Especially my battery operated blind for my nursery. Professional service and very helpful with advising what was best for me. Would highly recommend.
