Carole from Shades Interiors was an absolute joy to deal with. She was so helpful with choosing the material for several pairs of curtains and really keen to ensure I was happy with the choices. She was then meticulous in ordering and following through that all had been delivered correctly. As I said an absolute pleasure to order from her. And she gives great discounts! Highly recommend.
Brilliant company to deal with. Carole is very knowledgeable about her products and offers very competitive prices. She has gone the extra mile for me and offers a personal service that often large companies fail to achieve. I will definitely use Shade Interiors in the future.
I like to give my custom to independent businesses where-ever possible and as my local independant shops were unable to supply the fabric I was looking for, I did a google search for suppliers. I came across Shades Interiors by chance and so glad I found this store. I sent an email enquiry Sunday 2nd January, not expecting a reply until x days later. To my surprise Carole replied the following day even though it was the bank holiday. She gave a competitive price and I placed an order on Sunday 8th January which arrived on the Wednesday. Carole was also sent samples of plain fabrics which arrived within days. Great communication from Carole who clearly comes across as caring about her customers and passionate about giving great service. I phoned he due to a mix up, on my part, with my order which Carole rectified immediately for me and I came away from our chat feeling like I'd just spoken to a friend. I will not hesitate to order from Shades Interiors again and thoroughly recommend to any-one seeking the personal touch and a great pricing

Highly recommend Carole at Shades Interiors. I live in Aberdeenshire and was looking for a specific fabric to re upholster dining room chairs. Having found company on google, I emailed and had a quick reply even when she was in Cyprus for her sons wedding. After a few phone calls, I placed my order with her, and was not disappointed with it. Carole took time to find out what my fabric was for and recommended the appropriate fire treatment before confirming I was told to expect within 3 weeks, I was delighted that it arrived in 10 days. I Highly recommend this small business for friendly help and advice, as well as being reasonable priced for her fabric
First class service from Carol at Shades interiors nothing to much trouble. Once fabric is ordered it is delivered within a few days just perfect. Excellent service: Carole is a great communicator, always on hand to offer expert advice, and is willing to go the extra mile. We wanted to exchange one of the fabrics we had chosen for our sofa, and even though we were way outside the exchange window, Carole pulled some strings with the manufacturer. She has a good reputation among the major fabric suppliers and it's not hard to see why.
I received a wonderful personal service from Shades Interiors, my orders were processed and received very quickly and the team were happy to send me many samples for free. So refreshing to deal with a small and very personable business instead of the faceless internet and large companies. Really recommend this team and the amazing range they stock.
Carole was the most helpful, obliging lady I have spoken to in a very long time. Although my order was by no means a large order she treated me very well and the price was very competitive so why don't you give her a go, you won't be disappointed. I will be returning with my next project for sure.
