Visited on 24.01.2023 - The biryani was the best! The portions were so big that we just could’ve possibly take leftovers back home. - The only thing that I didn’t like was the store smelt very oily when you’re dining in. - At the time of visiting the store was changing its display for their menu so there were only a few posters/pictures stuck on the wall for us to order from. The pricing had faded off in some but the owner was super nice to let us know what they had and their prices. However I guess if they did have a menu then it would’ve given us more choices
10 stars if I could. Have been to many, many places around London to find a good curry but didnt find it until I ate at Shabab. The curry is flavoursome, good value with good portions of rice, curry, salad, and has a relaxing atmosphere with a good view of outside. I use to go there multiple times a week before moving elsewhere. I still take the tube back to go every week as opposed to closer curry spots.
Lovely little gem in shepherded bush. I had chicken biryani today and the aroma and taste amazing. Can’t recommend this place enough. Great costumer service and food. Definitely coming back
Went for a Karahi curry one chicken and one lamb. Very tasty and to the perfect spice level. Onion barjhis easily in my top 5 and garlic naan was delightful. Polite attentive staff who enjoyed a laugh. Rather cheap. Would go again and also recommend for a quick stop if you feel like a curry near by.
Just had lamb chops and kufta with nan bread. Absolutely fabulous. Great taste and fresh. Made to order. Can’t get any fresher than that Dal and nan beautiful. Lovey dish I highly recommend ir
Hidden gem in Shepherd's Bush. Great food and atmosphere. Staff are so friendly. Lamb chops are so tasty. Also lamb and chicken curry. Will warm you up in our lovely winter.
Lamb chops are so good when done properly, at times they seem to burn it which kills the flavour and the veg curry is nice not drowned in oil. I asked for a chicken burger with only ketchup in it for my nephew they put so much ketchup in the burger my nephew could not eat it lack of consideration at times but the place dose nice food
It is a small restaurant, hence not much about atmosphere and rating. Had biryani and chicken madras, both of which were very delicious. The biryani flavor was good and the quantity was very good. I loved Naan and chicken madras. Madras chicken had a nice spicy flavor and the naan was fresh and soft. Would love to visit again!Food: 5/5
Great food! Great customer service! Not expensive!
