Busy in the week of holidays as ex-ussr folk stock up on their Thanksgiving/Christmas big holiday meals; the shop is well stocked and ready. Facing stiff competition from the Dacha shop just down the road.

Went there from the other side of the London to get some Essentuki water they advertise on their web page just to find there is no Essentuki ‍ Took some Borjomi that comes at 3.70£ per bottle of 0.7l. If u go to Lituanika shops u can get it for 2.60£ per piece. No, thanks
Extremely BAD experience within this store. Prices is unjustifiable high I’d say 3 times more than standard prices in a similar shops. Some shops charge you about 50 pence for using card payments which is fair enough, however this store allows you to pay by card only if total price over 10 quid. So stupid
Very very rude customer service, very small shops, dissaponted with a variety and with a taste of products. Bought salty tomatoes and cabbage only liked cabbage, peas were very old and not tasty, thrown away both jugs. Saying that I was exircted at list to be greeted at the till after I spent £26, me and my husband were absolutely shocked by how rude the person who served us was. We won't be back.
If you are looking for russian food - this is the place in London. Wide selection of sweets bird milk! Pastila!, cottage cheese from Сваля brand, сырки little cheesecakes, pelmeni, pickled stuff and kefir - all the things a russian person would miss abroad. Friendly and nice service too. They also adjust to holidays - e.g. kulich was available before orthodox easter
