Had the rear quarter wheel arch replaced by these guys as part of of an insurance approved repair. 10 months later rust bubbles where beginning to show under the paint due to a shoddy repair. Owner Jim Stanley didn't want to know and is a horrible piece of work and same goes for his son Aide Stanley who runs the shop floor!! I've heard the way he speaks to the lads and I'm surprised no ones filled him in!! Avoid at all costs! They say you get what you pay for but not the case with this place

Local family business. Extremely professional and friendly. Their workshop is a credit to them... very very clean and tidy. Main agent facilities without main agent costs. What's not to like.. 😎

Disappointed - I have been having an issue with my vehicle for a while now with regards to fitting a component. In the past, I was able to fit this component in myself but it had kept failing. I decided to go to SH Autos as I believed that they would be trustworthy and wouldn't offer a service just to make a quick buck. I was told by one of the mechanics that this is a common problem and that the component needed to be installed in a specific way. Convinced by his knowledge, i decided to go ahead. A week later, the component failed and I was back to square one. Advice to future customer: - Do not take their advice at face value - Try to understand what exactly they'll be doing and then judge whether it'll be worth taking the risk - Ascertain roughly how long they'll take as they tend to charge on a time-taken basis.

Absolutely brilliant at what they do. I own a 2005 focus which is constantly needing attention. I drive it in nackered and it comes out perfect, every time and in most cases within the day. I Have had complex & easy issues and they have always had a solution. Spot on.

Absolutely fabulous company who helped us out on Friday as our car broke on the m5, all the staff were very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Price was fantastic and we were back on the road in an hour. If we lived closer this garage would be out 1st choice every time. Keep up the good work and thank you.
