I’ve always had amazing service from Rich. I always have peace of mind when RSR Auto Services service my Audi A5 coupe. I have used them for the last 5 years and will continue to do so. I was recommended them by my brother-in-law who had his RS4 serviced. Their prices are so much better than that of Audi but the quality and reassurance is still there. I wouldn’t take my Audi anywhere else. Highly recommended!!!

What a find! Top man is Rich. I was googling for an independent VW service provider and came across RSR. No problem getting an up front quote for the work done and no issues arising and no cost variation on collection. The quote given was the most competitive obtained. I’ll certainly won’t hesitate to use Rich again when the need arises.
Richard at RSR Auto services knows his stuff, is a real pleasure to work with and provides honest and competitively priced service. Having bought a Porsche Cayman 987.1 I was keen to have a Porsche trained engineer give it a full service and and check it over. When I drove it to RSR one January Saturday morning I had no idea what Richard would find. And having never met the guy or used RSR before, I didn't quite know what to expect. By the end of Monday Richard emailed with a comprehensive view of the cars condition and a costed list of required and potential work. It wasn't a long list; Richard's focus was on what actually needed doing. And the prices seemed very good to me. As an example, he gave a quote for replacing a sticky reverse-light switch. The cost? £25, fitted. We agreed the work to be done and, whilst the wheels were off, Richard arranged for them to go to a professional alloy refurbishers. Again the costs were very reasonable and the wheels were back on the car by Thursday. Before replacing them, Richard greased each wheel's brake pipes to stop corrosion for free. The result? The wheels and brakes look honestly brand new. So now I drive the Cayman in the safe knowledge it's both mechanically and cosmetically sorted. Richard knows and cares a lot about cars. What he doesn't know about Porsches probably isn't worth knowing. He has clear respect both for the vehicles he works on and the customers he serves. I'm well impressed, will be back to Richard for the next service, and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending RSR whatever your motoring needs!
At RSR Auto Services the staff lead by Richard are friendly, reliable, helpful and offer sound advice. This is a garage that is worthy of trust, because of their high level of competence and honesty. I have 100% recommended others to use their services.
