We are still a family business and are now proudly representing the Hyundai brand in Bromsgrove, just now part of a larger family under the Paul Rigby brand. This garage is the best I have used. My mechanic David came in early to get me sorted before work. second time he has done that now, top guy. Needles is always friendly and happy to go out of their way for you. I now live in wales but get all my work done at this garage when back as wouldn’t go elsewhere now
I have recently purchased my fourth car from Neales. James was very helpful throughout the process and within a week of ordering the car it was ready for collection! James was brilliant and was knowledgeable about the trade in process and made sure the trade in of my old car went without any problems! I drove away happy with my new hybrid Kona! All of the staff, from sales to aftercare are always so helpful and friendly which definitely makes a great customer experience! Thank you!
Excellent service. Phil Neal has been as helpful as always and cannot be commended highly enough for his customer service. This will be the 3rd Hyundai I've bought from Neale's which, in itself, speaks volumes for the service I've always received here.
I would highly recommend Neals garage Hyundai in Bromsgrove. They have a great selection of cars, and the staff are very knowledgable. We had such a great experience dealing with them. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Chris who looked after us was very attentive, ensuring we knew all that we needed to know and encouraging us to ask questions. We are so happy with the car and the service they provided.
Excellent service from James Gray in sales when buying my new Tucson. No sales pressure, friendly, approachable and helpful. Car, James, and dealership highly recommended they also serve fine hot chocolate.
