With the Seymours brand having been established for twenty five years, we are an AWARD-WINNING, LEADING INDEPENDENT ESTATE AGENT situated in the heart of Haslemere with a further network of sixteen local offices in West Surrey. Through our Godalming office we have access to the lucrative London and international Investor markets through their membership of the Guild of Property Professionals who have a state of the art Property Centre in Park Lane, London (virtually opposite Marble Arch).

Our three Directors, Stewart Palmer, Ian Bond and Nick Lees are supported by a dynamic team with over 80 years combined experience and have an outstanding track record in delivering a residential sales and lettings service. We specialise in Selling AND Letting all types of property in Haslemere and the surrounding villages from town centre apartments to 'chocolate box' cottages and from bungalows to country estates.

Absolutely outstanding! We are delighted to have used Seymours Haslemere to sell our house. They found a buyer for us quickly and whilst the chain wasn’t an easy one, Joss was always there to update us and ensure it was kept on track. We gave these guys to manage our tenancy and when the tenancy end .they were more supportive to the tenants not to us and being the landlord we had to do so many work when the tenancy ended. Seymours still not paid for cost and they still keep the deposit. Please any landlords beware. Please choose different company.
Had a serious buyer for my flat within four hours of me appointing Seymour’s as my agent. Sold my flat prior to it being advertised. I’m very, very happy indeed. I will always have Seymours as my agent in future. Very friendly people in Haslemere and always willing to go the extra mile for their clients. Brilliant.
Seymours in Haslemere have done a brilliant job in not only marketing my home and securing a good buyer at a fair market price, but also in representing me in the purchase of my next home. Joss, Lily, Paige and Louis have been my contacts throughout and they've all been top notch. I'd highly recommend this business if you are looking at your options when selling or buying a property. It is also worth mentioning that my sale/purchase process was achieved in a very challenging market in mid-2023 with constant changes in interest rates and the havoc that has created for buyers and sellers. Seymours kept the show on the road and focused on the task in hand despite the challenges. I'm very happy with my choice of estate agent and I'd highly recommend this team.
Excellent service. It's the professionalism, capability and trustworthy nature of the people at Seymours Haslemere branch that make it the best estate agent I have ever come across. Not 'sales-y' types, but a very high standard of service, from non-pushy honest nice people, to the ability to take extremely flattering photos of our house, and the effort, care and 'nothing is too much of a big ask' attitude, the team were excellent all round, miles ahead of local competitors we spoke with. They don't charge an arm and a leg either.
Exceptional service. We entrusted Seymours to sell our house in Haslemere whilst we were working overseas. They remained in constant contact, sent updates regarding viewings & worked tirelessly to secure a sale. We bought our house through Seymours originally & sold it through them 2 years later, since we valued their customer service, help & commitment from the outset.
