Having rented through Haslemere Property Services for 3 years, I have no hesitation in saying that they are the best property agency I have ever used. From a tenant point of view they are quick to respond to any issues or repairs on the rare occasion issues arose these were dealt with next day, and their checkin and checkout procedures were clear, thorough and prompt. I would strongly recommend them.

I moved to Haslemere last year not knowing the area and having only used massive international letting agents. Property services Haslemere came up on rightmove and I decided to give them a go. I can tell you now, the service you receive is top class. Denise and the team are really personable and build good relationships with their customers, if there are any problems in your home then they rectify it immediately. Next day if its something which is feasible to do that quickly.  Everything is fair, at the end of tenancy checkout or throughout tenancy if there were any work carried out requiring a cost to either myself or the landlord, Property services were very fair to both landlord and myself. They did not favour either side and fought both corners to make sure the fairest outcome is achieved. I would describe them as open and honest.  If I was given the choice again to choose between Property services Haslemere or a large well known agency then I would choose property services everytime. I've been renting my property through PSHL for over 8 years and have found them excellent to deal with. I've had 4 tenants in that time, all of them exemplary, which I attribute to PSHL's diligence in finding good people and keeping a careful eye on my property rather than coincidence! I have no connection with this company, other than as a client, but I have had only top service from them for nearly a decade.

I have rented a property through Property Services Ltd, Haslemere for the past two and half years, they provide a very professional and friendly service. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any prospective landlord or tenant.

We rented through Property Services Haslemere for a year. They are super efficient and a pleasure to deal with. They are very well connected with local tradesman who also have the same high values and work ethic. Fantastic.

I was very happy to be a tenant with Denise and the team at HPS. The leader always sets the tone and Denise is friendly, personable and courteous. She’s also very fair and reasonable, but a stickler for detail with it. I think this is just right. It means that whether you are a tenant or a landlord you know that you’ll be getting a fair outcome regarding any issues that may crop up from time to time during the tenancy. This approach permeates the whole team. I’m also a landlord in another part of the UK, so I’ve seen letting from both sides of the fence.  I would not hesitate to recommend HPS to a prospective landlord or tenant. February 2018

Rude, bullying and pushy and it’s all about the  Landlord.  A change of story every time communication ensued,  would not recommend,  a throughly unpleasant existence.  Save your money and go to other agents who actually have manners.NegativeProfessionalism
