We would thoroughly recommend Haart Estate Agents in Grayshott. Stephen Marshall has been extremely helpful throughout the transaction, keeping us informed of developments at all stages and seeing the sale through to a successful conclusion. He is very approachable as are all of his colleagues in the office. We could speak to anyone if Stephen was unavailable and they would be fully aware of what was going on with the transaction at any given time. Very impressive. We would not hesitate to use Haart again!
The team at Haart Grayshott were brilliant from start to finish. With their extensive knowledge of the local area they guided me through each step of the sale process. I was impressed with the marketing package they produced for my property which secured multiple viewings in the first few days of being advertised. Their advice and support continued throughout the completion process and I would recommend them to anyone.
We would like to thank Erin Conlon for all her assistance in our search for a new home. She was courteous, friendly and well informed on all the properties we viewed which helped us a great deal. We were unable post this on the Reviews website.
I cannot thank the team at Haart enough. They helped get me into my property within 6 weeks from the date of offer. Matthew Prentice was absolutely brilliant, he was extremely helpful, always available and helped out with any questions I had about the property. The team went above and beyond to ensure my snagging list was completed, the apartment was even cleaned and a welcome pack from the developer. Matthew made sure he showed me into my property and gave me all of the information required. His level of professionalism is just fantastic! Matthew even put me in contact with other owners to ensure I had all the necessary information : Thank you so much for making buying my first home so lovely and memorable.
Having lived in the same home for 40 plus years moving was really daunting. We needn’t have worried. From start to completion Stephen Marshall was excellent, very experienced, guiding and advising all the way to completion of our sale and purchase. The team at Haarts of Grayshott were kept aware of our situation and were always helpfull. Ten out of Ten.
Stephen was approachable and kind. If Stephen wasn't available the other members of the team were happy to help. You can tell there's a good communication between the team as I felt that whoever I spoke to knew what was going on and able to offer advice. Highly recommend Haart - Grayshott, and the wonderful team that go above and beyond to help you.
