Loved it. Seen it advertised on Facebook and HAD to go. 20p wings, 10" pizza box filled with topped fries, 2 4 1 cocktails, lovely staff & fab games. Supervisor Mark was lovely, didn't get the other names? Making my trip with my boyfriend to celebrate our 1 year that much better
Tasty drinks, good 2 for £10 deal! Our favourite on the 2-4-10 was the Disco Iced Tea, which comes with a glow stick. We also tried the Sassy B*tch and Bearded Lady, the first being quite sweet and tasty, the latter being very sickly but bitter at the same time? The passionbowl cocktail was a bit disappointing, as it didn’t come in a bowl, and it was mostly ice like a slush texture which kept clogging the straw, but it came with drumstick lollies so all is forgiven. Will definitely go again.
Not accessible to wheelchair users, Dirty toilets, Not enough staff to keep it clean and the tables and both bars were sticky, even the seating needed a good clean if not recovering. The drinks were Expensive, small and tasted watered down. The music was too loud to speak and hear each other normally, it felt louder than any other bar I have visited. Only pay by card no cash payments. I'm sure this was the first and last visit our group will be making. The only good thing about it was the dart boards and pool tables even though the darts were falling apart and you have to pay separately for the pool which was by the hour not the game.
Went out with the lads on Saturday, booked pool table. All great until I went to the bar to order food & drink. Went to pay with legal currency £20 note only to be told by some brainwashed kid its card only. I wasn't aware I lived in China. Or that we agreed as a society to become cashless. If the owner reads this, mate. You take away more bang for your buck if you accept cash. Hell incentivise people to do so. Forgot you had visa charges? Or do the staff simply not know how to count money? I won't be back. Say no to communism. Say no to card only. Cash is king
I love the pool tables and darts downstairs - remember to book in advance on weekends!
I’m actually appalled by how bad this place was. I would never return even if someone paid me. I had a booking for 12 people, we turned up at the venue only to be told that my booking had not gone through correctly on their booking system and we had no table. The drinks were so strong nobody could even drink them, the food was rubbish and poor quality. The staff were rude and made me think that I was the one who hadn’t booked correctly which is definitely not the case at all. Would not recommend at allI’m
The food is good value. Tastes fatty and salty and ingulgent....what you would hope for given the theme of the bar! Also the cocktail I had was very very good the Bumblebee and they do a happy hour two for one on cocktails til 7pm. The interior is cool and chilled. Definitely would come back to play foosball and shuffleboard and try another cocktail.
Really enjoyable place to go with friends for a drink and games..the only slight disappointment was when the bar opened downstairs they didn't have the only drink our friend liked so had keep going upstairs then back down to the pool table...other than that
Look the BAR staff were really friendly and their customer service was good and they DID refund my friend but she bought the chicken wings and they came to us RAW like cold in the middle pink and bloody kind of raw and we all know how well raw chicken goes down. Not only that but it was £7.50 for a literal square slice of pizza that was no bigger than the basket it came in bare in mind this is the same basket that they use for the fries it had no flavour whatsoever and was just more or less the dough with cheese piled on top. Then the fries came which are supposed to come and are listed as “seasoned fries” but are literally just a basket of McDonald’s fries for £3.50 the seasoning btw is a bit of salt and nothing more Oh and if you want any condiments you’re going to have to continuously order them because they come in what is basically a paper THIMBLE in fact McDonald’s use them for THEIR sauces I’m starting to see a pattern here and there is absolutely nothing on the tables The cocktails though good for the price at 2 for £10 are more or less cups of syrup and they have a VERY limited selection If you’re going into this place to get bladdered and have a drink with friends then it’s probably ok but the food is an absolute no go
Good atmosphere, good drinks, good food. Good deals. Music was bit loud but nothing else to note bedsides that.
