Very nice store inside with a great location, the staff are nice but could be a little less pushy, although its their job I think it needs a tad bit of toning, however it didn't affect my experience too much and they were still very helpful.
Customer service here is incredible. Whenever I go to buy something for my husband and don't know what I'm going on about, they help me out loads.

The staff were great, I'm new to all this and Davo so sorry if I got your name wrong! was a great source of knowledge, was apprehensive about being upsold stuff I wasn't ready for yet, but left with what I wanted but know what I want next, and will be buying in store rather than online from now on. First time my 8yr old had been in a warhammer. David was superb with him... Helped him build his first 40K character, paint it and talked him through which set may be best for him.. Thank you David for your help... Much appreciated. I'm sure we'll be back for further advancements in stories.
