Bought a bear for my nana for Christmas, she loves things like bears, the woman I was served by was amazing, very welcoming. Staff seem happy to be there Laura was especially great, very bubbly personality, gave me a great experience!!

On the ball very helpful staff thanks but when it was given to my granddaughter the first thing she said granda theres no scent so very disappointed that wasnt put in the grinch
This place is good for kids, they build a bear and they are learning as they are building
Traveled over 1hr by train to get there today arrived at about 12 found store closed. No signs etc... Online says open at 11am. No answer on phone and no reason given or sign to say when open. My daughter and her friend wanted matching bears as daughter going uni.
Its my workshope and I love e the place
