Very bad after sales service..... having problems with a car I bought from them but hopefully getting it sorted out..... some of their sales team only want to know about/interested in you until you purchase a car and they get their commission then you're dumped at the road side... nice cars but u may hope that u don't have any problems with it.....

Buying a MG Zs excite and Nathan handle all queries and questions. Took car for test drive which was perfect. Nathan was very professional and kept me updated on progress of sale. Pick car up on Friday thank you sere and Nathan highly recommend this car dealership. Carl Belfast

I would rate sere ZERO stars as it’s the worst garage ive dealt with so sad for ssangyong brand as their cars are coming up in the world, I would rate ssangyong tivoli 3/5 stars Honestly the worst garage I’ve bought a new car from every time something goes wrong it take a lifetime to get the car fixed, we ordered our car but the only day we could pick up was a day we both were working so in and out didn’t even get showing the car but on inspection the car was damaged on the nearside left wing paint and trim so we contacted the garage and was told we will call you back but no one ever did on at least TEN different occasions so it took 10 month and the car was touched up by a pen with is totally unacceptable and it looks a different colour but we were told it would be fixed like new but it’s not and stands out like a sore thumb, Other problem are when the car is in for service all they seemed to do was wash the car as the oil levels and water levels weren’t touch and the oil was below minimum, washer fluid was bone dry and not replaced, but you get charged for it !! We have been waiting nearly 2 months on getting the parking sensors front and rear fixed and the sensors for the seats to be fixed, I have been in contact with ssangyong uk as well but they said it’s nothing to do with them, i honestly wish that we never bought this car and kept our 13 year old car as it didn’t give or cost us so much in stress and worked 1st time ever time, if I could give it back and walk away we would Regards will
