I've bought two cars here and can't fault the service. Very laid back atmosphere. I've dealt with Peter Long who has a friendly yet professional demeanour. There's no annoyance. You'll leave feeling that you got a fair deal whether you did or not.nnServices take a couple of hours or less and is reasonably priced. I always get a choice of times to suit me.nnYou can wait in the waiting area with a cup of free coffee and broadband if you like. Great tasting cofffee too.nnI book a 10am service and head over to Dobbies garden centre for breakfast and a browse. Dobbies share a road entrance with Phillips so it's just one minute walk away. Time really flies in Dobbies so I usually end up with my car sitting waiting.nnGive me a like if you found this helpful.
I have bought several cars from Phillips Volkswagen and it has always been a very positive experience. The high standard of customer care follows through from the Sales Team to the very helpful and efficient staff in Servicing Ruth and Bob. I recently changed my car and found the Sales Executive, John Phillips to be extremely approachable, patient, honest and committed to helping the customer choose the right car, whilst maintaining good communication throughout the process. Overall a great team.
My daughter recently bought a polo from Phillips Volkswagen. We were looked after by John and in all my years of buying cars I have never had customer service like the standard we received from John. From start to finish he was polite,friendly, helpful, honest. He took great pride in ensuring positive overall customer experience. Customer-focused approach to trouble shooting, resolving problems and ensuring repeat business which he will definitely receive. I cannot praise him highly enough. Well done John congratulations on being a great salesman and looking after you customers. We will be back.
