So much has changed in the World these days but Thankfully the Volkswagen dealership in Lisburn isn’t one of them. Same attitude and attention that pleases and retains customer confidence. Stephen Gamble is genuinely interested and despite some issues with the global supply chain, he still manages to be able to find amazing alternatives for his clients…. Stephen is a credit to himself and Phillips of Lisburn. Nice one !!!

I've bought two cars here and can't fault the service. Very laid back atmosphere. I've dealt with Peter Long who has a friendly yet professional demeanour. There's no annoyance. You'll leave feeling that you got a fair deal whether you did or not.  Services take a couple of hours or less and is reasonably priced. I always get a choice of times to suit me.  You can wait in the waiting area with a cup of free coffee and broadband if you like. Great tasting cofffee too.  I book a 10am service and head over to Dobbies garden centre for breakfast and a browse. Dobbies share a road entrance with Phillips so it's just one minute walk away. Time really flies in Dobbies so I usually end up with my car sitting waiting.  Give me a like if you found this helpful.

I would advise everyone to avoid this VW. I always get my car service from here.I had a major service completed on my car which was very expensive but every time0 leave my car in, they will tell some part needs to change. This happened to me all the time. Recently they change some part  in my car which didn't solve the issue in car. I came back three times about this  but been told this part was change for different reason. They want to change parts in car to make more money. Who knows they even change any part. When I asked for reason for changing this part in car, nobody can explain anything. I am sure Phillips were quite happy to take extra 290 pounds from me. They didn't even sign my car service history book either. I am sure if you go to buy a car from Phillips they will be ringing you all day.  Do not waste money and time coming here for car service or car sale.

I bought my polo from Phillips last year, very easy to deal with and lovely team. I recently had a small issue with the horn so I booked it in to get fixed, and they were very quick and accommodating. I was coming up from Dublin so when I arrived, they got it looked at straight away and offered me a coffee while I waited. I was back on the road within 45 minutes and really appreciated the speed and efficiency. Could not recommend them enough, lovely people and very straightforward!

Arrived here late just to view an electric car, my first look at the real thing after reading countless articles in car magazines. Satisfied I'd seen one having looking at a locked id3 I was about to leave when I met Jonathan. He invited me to look inside and spent the following 20 minutes describing the car, the subtle and not not so subtle differences to current ICE cars, the advantages of owning an EV and many the many technical advances. As I was collecting my wife I had to leave more quickly than I would normally have. Jonathan gave me his card and invited me to call to arrange a test drive. This was a very worthwhile visit to Phillips and I left completely satisfied with my visit and would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to buy an new, or not so new car. Excellent Customer Service.

I have been going to this place for over 25 years. I have always been very well treated and well looked after by these people whom I have got to know very well. Would always recommend this place to anyone. My wife and both my sons are now driving cars sold from here and that is unlikely to change.

Great place to deal with and the staff are lovely. Got my first new car off them.

Fantastic dealership, service centre is very reasonable and super easy to deal with. Great staff always friendly and helpful. I have used them several times in the past few months keeping an older VW on the road and I get peace of mind and a fast efficient service with updates along the way. Highly recommended.
