Woeful, bought a Kuga which developed a fault (probably already had it) after 5 days it was sent up to Knockmore on a recovery vehicle and it sat there for two weeks before they finally bothered to find a fault. No communications at all about it, couldn't get through on the phone as calls are repeatedly ignored. Complained using the official complaints procedure through their web site, no response. Couldn't get a replacement car until three days after it was sent up and at my own expense I had to pick it up and pay a fee to reduce the frankly ridiculous excess of £1000. Why should I be out of pocket for buying a flawed car from them? Absolutely terrible service from Knockmore. Waiting for two weeks to get back a car I had for five days is beyond a joke. When you do speak to them they are so blasé about everything that you feel you are an inconvenience to them. I won't be buying another car from Trust Ford which is a pity because buying a car is so seamless and a pleasant experience, a polar opposite of aftersales.
