I had the best experience with this company, guy name Adam Baker was very friendly and highly qualified in his job. Very satisfied with deal. Payment was into my accound within minutes. Highly recommended

Complete time wasters. They tried to knock 20% off the original price offered with excuses such as "it'll need a service soon" and "the brakes are a bit worn". The car was serviced 4000 miles ago and passed the MOT a few weeks ago. Other gems included "it's had a few owners" I'm the 3rd owner and the car is 9 years old. It was apparent that they wouldn't honour the price offered even if the car was brand new off the production line. In the end I drove around a few local car dealers on a Saturday afternoon and sold the car for slightly more than Sell Your Car 2 Jack's original offer and £1600 more than what they offered at the appointment.

I went to the Tamworth Office on Friday and dealt with DAN, everything was fine except for the knit picking and a price agreed with possible 2 HR payment.  This is when the fun started, no payment HSBC in the wisdom decided to do a fraud check, not 1,,2 but 3 times and I did not get money until 12mid day on Mon 30th,  after making several phones and being given the run around by sales personnel. I would recommend that you think very seriously about dealing with this company. Alan Titley disappointed customer

Quick easy process. From valuation to payment everything was made so easy. Money was in my account within minutes after the transaction was complete. No need to worry about anything as they do everything for you including settling any finance and then pay you the difference. Competitively priced compared to competitors but a lot more realistic about repairs and touch ups than places like webuyanycar. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again if I ever needed to.

Dan and Ahmed were fabulous this evening. Managed everything perfectly. From greeting us with a smile throughout, explaining everything with patience and clarity. Had got a quote of of £3600 online and managed to sell it off at £3000 due to issues known to us before. Money was in our account within minutes. Highly recommend the service. And the Coffee was great too.

I travelled a long way to Solihull on the basis of receiving a valuation of £9110 for my car. The staff were aware that I’d travelled 150 miles, but in hindsight, probably saw this as an opportunity to take advantage. I was shocked to receive a revised offer that was £3000 under the initial price. Needless to say I didn’t accept this. I’m very disappointed, as I’d read the reviews before coming advising that Sellyourcar2jack is fair on price, however after the service I received for a vehicle that is genuinely in good shape for its age, suggests that the reviews on here must be fake. Avoid at all costs.

Offered one of the best prices for my car on line, but knock you right down when you take your car.  Paid quickly Just changed my star rating purely for the fact that you won’t stop spamming me, I’ve tried blocking, sending the Stop message to your text service yet you still won’t stop

My experience with sell your car 2 jack  was easy from start to finish, friendly staff and great communication, my sale was dealt with by Steve from the Solihull branch, he was very friendly and informative. Steve went through everything clearly and gave me a great price for my car. Highly recommended
