Please don't buy from this garage as they are thieves and fraudsters. Part of my deal was a 2 years free service. When the car was taken for servicing, I left my service book and my keys with a guy called Steve at about 10am, got a call back around 12:45 to collect my car. I got there and was reassured that everything had been done and my service record had been updated and left in my car. I trusted them so drove home without thinking about it. Sat in my driveway to check my service book and to my utter dismay there was no receipt nor stamp. Alarm bells started ringing so my husband decided to check the oil and even that hadn't been changed. I immediately called them back to complain to Adriane who told me to shut up and then tried to blame me for not leaving the book with them. To cut a long story short please don't be fooled by their smiles and how helpful they will act when you are buying from them. The real test comes after a year that's when they try to cheat you. Don't waste your money and time

Thanks to Steve and the team for helping me out last week. Being a first time buyer I tried a number of garages in the Midlands from Tamworth to Kidderminster to try and get an understanding of prices/availability/deals. Oak Garage were the only guys to not pressure and to sit down and talk through what I wanted and actually needed!. Car purchased and now delivered, I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!

Came to this garage after recommendation from a friend I didn't purchase a car, however this was at no fault of the sales team or the cars they had on offer, I just need to save a little more to get what I want. The staff here was lovely and very helpful he was happy to show me round several cars and test drive one at short notice, I felt he was honest and genuine without being pushy. All the cars I viewed were in immaculate condition and service was 2nd to none, would defiantly recommend:-

A decent old school car dealership. Bought my 2008 Rav 4 from them and the experience was faultless. In fact the owner went above and beyond to look after us, including driving us to his home in Telford! Outstanding. After a year or so; my Rav 4 is as good as it was the day I bought it. Best dealership I've ever dealt with. Well done fellas.

Had great service until I drove my car away. There was an issue with the exhaust which I wasn't told about at the time of the sale. I returned the car 3 times only to have the same problem, and was told it was fine although it sounded like a 200 year old tractor. I took it to another garage and was shown a huge hole in the exhaust pipe. Wrote to Oak Garage and was ignored. Had to claim the costs back from my credit card company in the end. Sure it was an old car but I felt like I was a nuisance to them when I asked for anything to be looked at.  *** Follow up to sellers reply ***  Thankyou for your reply, however it it's not entirely accurate.  Neither the seller or the advert mentioned the exhaust leak. If anyone wants a copy of the original advert I have it here. As I said the issue got worse after I had driven it and became unbearable. I returned the car for that problem, but you failed to repair it 3 times and pretty much fobbed me off. If your mechanic couldn't spot a huge hole in an exhaust pipe then maybe think about getting another?  I'm glad your other customers received a positive experience, unfortunately this was far from what I had.  If I appeared a nuisance to you then good, I don't respond to well to poor service. I was even the subject of one of the salesmen complaining about me to a mechanic whilst I was in earshot. That's the level of respect I received.  I'll say this to other members of the public.....Have a look at the unprofessional and petulant repsonses to adverse reviews on here. That should give you an indication of the attitude you'll receive if you have an issue.

My father brought a car from here, part exchanged his old motor and paid £6.500. All was OK until 3 weeks later the car died, took it back to be looked at under warranty for nearly 4 weeks lots of different excuses what was wrong and ordering parts ect ect, my dad went abroad for 2 weeks and the day he got back we went down again to be told the wrong parts been sent.. So asked for are money back, wasn't happy but agreed that we could in a few weeks if we bared with them, we went over to get belongings out of the car over the road where the bloke at the diagnostic garage told us what happened. They diagnosed it as a dpf fault and the garage took the car back to do the job stripping half the engine out making more faults. 3 weeks later it was brought back to Shrewsbury apparently fixed hoping we would just take it has not been refunded yet but all the left side of the car electrics weren't working car wouldn't unlock eventually 2 weeks later my dad got a refund after threatening with court. But in the whole time this has been going on they were riding around in my dad's old car whilst it was still registered in his name as they never sent the documents off collecting up fines for none pay and display in car parks, driving in bus lanes. This is a company I would think twice about using.

I have recently bought a vehicle from this Garage. Absolutely fantastic staff and especially Steve Hampton . Nothing was too much trouble he sourced an amazing vehicle for my business . Friendly, easy going and not pressurised like my previous experience with Car sales!  Very high standards
