I love Charlotte tilbury but the service at this location is an abomination. Stood around waiting for service for 10 minutes. Not once did someone ask to help me. Approached someone and asked for assistance. This sales associate forgot about me and served another customer instead. Also experienced racial profiling during the service by one of the employees.  I really wanted the product thus I ended up purchasing. However, had I not have really needed the product, I wouldn’t have purchased for the fact that the service was terrible

Poor service. Went to the counter and immediately someone approached asking if I needed help which was promising, but as soon as I said I needed a colour match for a foundation they shut the conversation down. They told me they’re out of stock of foundation in-store and online, but she’d give me some samples. She came back with 2 shades, one of which was most certainly too orange for me. She didn’t even bother asking me any questions about my skin type,  finish I was looking for or whether I’m happy with the shade of my current foundation before giving me these samples. I later found out the foundation I intended to get is indeed in stock online in the shades suitable for me. Now I have to find another Charlotte Tilbury store which will actually bother to help me with such basic request.
