Glad I Didn’t Buy – What a ShamblesnnI was seriously considering buying a caravan here, but after seeing how a close friend has been treated, there’s no chance. He was misled during the sales process, promised things that never happened, and left to deal with problems completely on his own.nnThe lack of customer care is shocking. Once the sale is done, they seem to disappear. No accountability, no follow-up, just excuses. It’s clear from what I’ve witnessed that this park does not value its owners at all.nnDo yourself a favour — look elsewhere. The park across the road seems to actually look after people. This place? Avoid, avoid, avoid.
Its in a good location, as its close to Rhyl and about 30min drive to Llandudno.nObviously the caravans are private let so I before booking look at the reviews as some of the cleaners are quite lapse in cleaning.nOverall the facilities on site are good especially for families.nThe beach is a short walk away

Promises made during the sales process simply aren’t honoured, and once you’ve handed over your money, it seems you’re on your own.nnThe lack of support, communication, and basic customer care is unacceptable — especially when dealing with issues like plot allocation, missing features, and warranty faults. There’s a growing number of owners leaving for better-run parks nearby, and honestly, I don’t blame them.nnIf you’re thinking of buying here — don’t. Avoid the stress and disappointment. There are far better options out there.
Good quite site to come to for a short break. Very near the railway line and beach, wish is accessible over a foot bridge. With being near the railway you do hear the trains but it doesn't really bother you. Beach is very stoney but there is some sand to play on. Although the tide was in most of the time we were on the beach it looks reasonably tidy.
Great caravan park some good shops near buy to the site jakes sell good food and entertainment they have a chippy there and good outdoor Market just down the road from golden gates would recommend this Welsh venue
