So called manager was a disgrace. Even a staff member came up to us on leaving and said sorry about her. On arriving if your not a regular face your card is up, the looks and questioning why your hear is unbelievable. Sign says all welcome which is a lie. However she did wait untill we ordered our drinks untill she came over like Mi5 with 15 questions and because we weren't staying on her site we were told to leave with the two kids as we were not welcome. Try telling a 7 year old after getting an the bouncy castles for a few minutes we have to go because the manager is a evil witch.

It's a nice quiet caravan park but has no shop so it's a 15 min walk for supplies👍

Advertises itself as a family site, however, there are signs everywhere saying 'no ball games anywhere on site', and, ' if your children misbehave, our staff will tell them off, if you don't like this, then find another club - our site, our rules', I kid you not. Extremely unpleasant staff, run down, dirty club that should have been knocked down 20 years ago , and is full of locals who look at you with disgust when you walk in. I have been staying in towyn for 30 years and have never experienced anything like it. The children's 'play area' is a death trap and there isn't even a shop onsite. Do not go to this site with children expecting to have a good holiday, there are loads of other, far better sites in towyn.
