Like most reviews - this shop should be given 0. They are simply conmen who over promise and do not deliver. The dresses are made in Turkey and not bespoke as they say. My friend specified a date three weeks before her actual wedding date to allow for changes. They failed to meet the deadline. Dress came late from Turkey made with cheaper material than requested, the wrong lace, the wrong shape , wrong size and was still not ready one day before the wedding. Ended in a massive argument and ended up not leaving with the dress as it was not finished and dirty. Ended up getting something off the shelf from Wed2Be which was ten times better. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They are simply liars. The only decent people in that shop are the poor tailors who have to deal with the mistakes lies Sara and her colleague/sister make working tirelessly to fix the errors.
SCAM! BEWARE! These people gave my fiance a hard time. Promised her that they are working on her gown and 1 month before our wedding says it's not available and tried to sell us a gown they were trying to get rid of for £500 which was on display. I had to step up and fight with these guys for a refund. Be aware. Big difference with their attitude from the first visit to the last.
They may have pretty gowns but please don’t be fooled. After over a month of them sweet talking and keeping me hanging by a thread, I still don’t have my gown. They kept lying saying it’s ready when it actually wasn’t. After a month of no progress from them and no HONEST updates plenty of lies coated with sweet words and gestures, I’ve unfortunately had to ask for a refund. I would appreciate if they were atleast honest about the fact that they couldn’t do it, so that I could go elsewhere and not waste my time. But they weren’t. They kept giving me the assurance that they can! If you want to add to your stress before your wedding day then this is the place to go. My wedding is next month and I’m left without a gown.
Horrible and stressful experience with these cheats.Beware! Don’t fall for the sweet trap of the sisters and the son who run Segula and Eva su bridal both shops opposite each other. They lie and cheat innocent people . Unfortunately I gave my wedding gown order here and a month later even after not finding the material I was promised they had lied that they found it and my gown was being stitched. When I kept asking for pictures they kept giving excuses and that’s when I realised something was not right. And when I asked for a refund they were arrogant and rude as if it was my fault. They are very unprofessional and only nice to you until they take the payment.
Unfortunately ordered a wedding dress. When it came 2 weeks later than promised, the material was the wrong design. The material was very stiff. The size was all wrong. They refused to refund the deposit so my credit card company will be chasing them. Very unprofessional and have no clue what the consumer law states.
TRUST ME WHEN I SAY DON’T USE THESES PEOPLE, I HAD TO GET A SECOND LAST MINUTE WEDDING DRESS, 3 WEEKS BEFORE MY ACTUAL WEDDING. THEY ARE COMPLETE LIARS AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
Don't do it!! Whatever money you think you're saving, you're not!!
