Tom was absolutely wonderful to work with! We used him to drive us in a limo for a bachelorette party and he was friendly, professional and so very patient! We had to make a few changes to venue and time and each request I sent him he was absolutely fine with. I felt so bad about the changes that we had to make but he never once made me feel bad about anything! He arrived early and did an excellent job maneuvering around - even with the loud music our group was blasting he was totally unphased. Everyone in our group had an amazing time and we highly recommend Tom! Thank you so much for a great night out!!
I planned a limo service through Tom and had such an incredible time for my daughter’s birthday that I booked again for my son’s birthday in September 2024. Tom has gone over and beyond my expectations. He is very pleasant and offers outstanding customer service. I thoroughly recommend him and his outstanding team. Amanda was a great limo driver. She made every effort to make the bachelor night so wonderful. She went above and beyond. Very safe, very reliable and such a fun time. We used ontario luxury limousine service for a concert to Toronto and back, Tom was our driver and was amazing clean car awesome service couldn't have asked for a better experience would highly recommend Tom and his services very accommodating will definitely use again!! I recently had another limo company cancel on me an hour before myself and my party where supposed to get picked up for our fully planned out day. Thankfully after calling and calling Tom was so amazing and was able to find us a bus that fit our party of 20! He was so beyond helpful and I will always be using his company from now on! I would highly recommend him and his team because I have zero complaints.
We highly recommend this limo service for any event. The limo was very clean and comfortable with lights on the ceiling, supplied with ice , glasses, napkins and water. Our friendly driver Tom was very pleasant and gave us the best service and ride from our pick up to our drop off. ****Truly was the best time****
For our wedding day we booked with Luxury Limousine where we had Tom and another driver. They showed up early and ready to go which we appreciated a lot. I'm a very cautious driver; my husband and I. To be in one of the limousines with my bridesmaids, and the flower girl and the other limousine was the groom along with the groomsmen and ring bearer. It was a nerve wrecking drive as not all of us are the best drivers, but I think the safer we can be the better the ride would have been. The A/C in the limousine wasn't the greatest, but at the same time the drive from different areas was no more than 5-10 minutes so that could of added to the slow cooling time. Overall it was a great time for everyone. I also think the first thing to be said to the bride is "Hello. Are you excited" over "do you have two envelops for us." Didn't appreciate that, but understandable I guess. Thank you again.
We commissioned Ontario Luxury Limousine last weekend for a bachelorette and Tom was an absolute gem! He made sure we had the best experience with a clean limo, lights, music, water if we needed it! He was always on time and very courteous and friendly. I would recommend.
