Had such a lovely experience with the staff here! I think it was Dan who I spoke to All the jewellery is so unique and beautiful. I fell in love with a specific ring but it needed resizing and they handled it so professionally, kept me updated and posted it out. Arrived safely, looks gorgeous and fits perfectly! So happy with my purchase. I ordered online so i was a little bit worried i wouldn’t like the earrings i bought when they came but honestly i love them. The customer service was fantastic and the ring I ordered was gorgeous, I had to have it resized but it came well within the time they estimated.  The ring was absolutely beautifully packaged and I received an email asking if I'd received the ring and if I was happy with it, which I thought was a really nice touch.  I would most definitely shop with this company again

I was a bit wary of buying jewellery on line but I need not have worried. I love my chain and aquamarine pendant. It arrived quickly and was beautifully presented and gift wrapped. I fear I may become addicted to this website! Many thanks to all involved with this sale.

Bought a beautiful Prince of Wales necklace online, from the Grimsby shop. Telephoned and spoke to a sales assistant who was very helpful in providing additional details.
