Just visited this store and the service was second to none! All the staff were incredibly helpful and not pushy at all. In the end I couldn't choose so ended up buying two dresses. Well done, excellent customer service. If you are looking for that perfect dress, you must give them a try.

Visited today after speaking on the phone to Alison last week, she had kindly arranged for some outfits to be brought from the York store to the Beverley store. I felt that she really ‘got me’, the first dress I tried on I wasn’t too sure about at first but once Alison found a hatinator and Cindy found a bag - both matching the outfit perfectly - I was amazed at how it all came together. The whole experience took much less time than I’d expected although I know that if it had taken me hours that would have been absolutely fine with Alison too. As one as my daughters texted back when I sent them a photo of me “You look a million dollars Mum” - and I felt it. Thank you so much Alison 😊

I found an excellent gift for Mother’s day, really nice range of accessories in beautiful materials. Andrea who served me was very kind and helpful.
