My wife, daughter and I visited today to get my wife’s engagement ring looked at and after spending a considerable amount of time in there discussing the work required to the ring and looking at eternity rings also, we ended up purchasing an impromptu eternity ring. I apologise in advance as I don’t know your name, but the chap who served us was really really attentive, personable and couldn’t do enough for us without any pressure to make a purchase. I would never and will never use any other jewellers.
What a really well managed establishment. Popped in for help regarding my loose sovereign coin in it's ring mount which I didn't purchase from them I'll just add the staff were very quick to offer their help taking my ring and fitting the sovereign more securely than it was, which took them 2 minutes to do. No payment was asked which was incredibly kind of them. Left with a big smile on my face.

Absolutely fantastic service. Ordered online yesterday evening and was able to collect the watch this morning. They'd also adjusted the bracelet as requested and also took the time to make further adjustments in store after I'd tried the watch on. As always, the staff were really pleasant and friendly. I've bought from Guest & Philips for years and will continue to do so as their service can't be beaten.
Took my gold cross for a minor repair and was told it would cost about £25. On collection it had been well done but I was charged £50!
Had been looking for a certain bracelet for my wife's Christmas however was struggling until I found one here. I am in Glasgow so I telephoned the shop to check availability and size etc. The staff were very pleasent and helpful. They took the order over the phone which arrived 24 hours later and is perfect. Thank you very much.
My daughter wanted to buy a ring with birthday money she had received. The lady who looked after her was lovely. Made sure the ring she eventually choose she was sure about. Needed altering. Phone call received about two hours after we left. It was ready. Absolutely brilliant service all round.

Having met Jack a couple of months ago I was so impressed with his passion and knowledge of luxury watches especially the watch that I was looking for I decided to visit him again a couple of weeks ago to chat with him and broaden my horological knowledge. Whilst chatting he actually pulled out the watch that I have been dreaming about owning, I could not believe my eyes - it was magical. As a bit of a watch geek I cannot thank and praise Jack and the rest of the staff at Guest and Philips enough - always polite, professional and helpful going the extra mile to please their customers. I picked my limited edition Omega watch up on Saturday and what a great experience it was. I can highly recommend Jack at Guest and Philips to anyone wishing to purchase a luxury watch it is a no hassle personalised experience. Went in for a new watch strap and the gentleman that dealt with my repair was such a gentleman very helpful and friendly. The the staff were very professional. I would recommend them everyone.
