Loved it! Friendly staff! You can see the food prep! Flat bread while waiting for our meal. They didn't have ribs but the lamb chops replacement were delicious! My daughter's go to for a "no disappointment" hosting just became mine as well! Kid-friendliness: They had high-chairs for the little ones. They all got a candy after dinner.
Ordered the family platter, it did not disappoint. Everything was cooked well, and it was very well seasoned and the chilli sauce is faultless. Also the bread, hummus and salad were perfect. Staff and service was spot on, they were very welcoming and helpful.
Took the kids to the planetarium 18/12/21 and decided to get some food after. We came here after looking at restaurants in the area via google maps and saw it had very good ratings. So we came and had the £70 platter. It was delicious. Well seasoned tender meats served with rice, bread and dips. It just about fed 2 adults and 2 kids 8 and 3 and they have big appetites like their parents. I'd highly recommend this place and will be back for more in the future. Cheers.
...went for their new turkish breakfast on sunday morning - on the whole food was nice and plentiful but service could have been better ...there seemed to be some confusion between what the menu says and what staff thought as we ordered the trabzon breakfast but ended up with a mishmash of the 3 breakfast menu on offer - even had to chase the waitress for that basic breakfast item 10 mins after we'd been served bread - as the breakfast came with chips that weren't even mentioned on the menu we ordered ...we'd gone quite early so it wasn't even that busy at the time!
Excellent food can recommend the yoghurtlu adana kebab with an enormous 'appetiser'! It was quiet on a Monday night and the service was very fast. The staff are also very friendly and hospitable.Food: 4/5
Restoran has great food and portions are not small. There is a good size menu and there are options for everyone. I recommend this restaurant. The staff are nice and you can see cooks making your food.
Halal food is my priority so I chose sefa tonight and I can say I was really happy with the experience. Very delicious and fresh kebabs.
Edit: Makes sense. The salad was just a bunch of leaves out of a bag with a slice of lemon. I am used to unions to be added and sometimes tomatoes at Turkish restaurants. It didn’t reflect my expectations for the price that I paid. Thank you for your reply. I’ve changed my review accordingly. —————————————————- Ordered mixed grill via ubereat. Portion is too small. A lot of bread, 4 small pieces of chicken, 3 small pieces of lamb and one piece of Adana kebab. See picture. Food was too expensive for £25
Emy's is now at sefa for her famous platters and delicious tasting breakfasts. The quality has always been the same for me with no disappointment on taste and presentation. I'd definitely recommend getting the karadeniz breakfast, this time I got the serpme to try that out. There's lots of cheeses, fruits, cooked eggs, halloumi, sigara borek white cheese in pastry deep fried, salami, olives, cold dishes both sweet and savoury and lovely bread and tea to go with everything
Good customer service , wasn’t kept waiting long even though they seemed quite busy . The borek was nice ! And the vegetarian moussaka was really good .
