My daughter loves to spend time in the library, as did my sons when they were younger. Family friendly .
Just to update My review!, some of the Young Staff are great now in this Library but there is an older Female Staff Member who is a bit Sharp/abrupt with You if Your Face doesn't fit!, also one or two odd Users including one who keeps coming in & out of Library every few Minutes!.
A lovely little library. But not very many resources available to hand. Have to travel to Wolverhampton as a student to find what is needed. However it's good for simply recreational reading! With some lovely helpful staff and self service.
Just want to thank Sally for the journey that me and my grand daughter have experienced going to the rythm and rhyme on Tuesday x sally is wonderful with all of the children no matter what their age. She is a credit to her employee. Well done Sally keep going xx
Staff were really helpful and friendly. Even replaced my damaged library card without asking
Staff are always helpful, happy to find a book I wanted to find or to order in a book from another library not on shelves in Sedgley.
Came here because it was right next to social services on the left where I had to see my social worker so I came in here just to wait. I witnessed staff call the police just for teenagers saying a swear word. Anyhow it ended up with them banning me from all their librairies over my disabilities for trumped up reasons. Awful staff.
Really friendly helpful staff and a great children's section.
Staff always helpful & polite and they do great activities for little ones encouraging families to visit.
Didn't go to library went to the medical clinic next door
