Wolverhampton library - Review

When I went to do my home and study for some exams that I have got the following week. But when I arrived it was very noisy, the people there were speaking in very loud tone of voice, noise from the escalators and staff talking about inappropriate subjects.
Some small children were crying, running and screaming.
The postal in front of the library say that, they opened at 9 o’clock but they always open at half past ten.
Books are very limited, some books were dirty and others in the wrong categories.
The tables were really dirty, stained with food marks and with chewing gums under the table.
