DONT DO IT!!! Absolute nightmare company to deal with. I’m two months off from paying back my loan and I honestly can’t wait to be done with it, there’s been months the payment hasn’t been taken from my bank despite the funds being there and they’ve harassed my guarantor for it without contacting me and then charged me late fees despite the fact the money was sat in my account waiting for them to take it...when I contacted them about it I got the response “sorry there was a fault on our end but because the payment is late we still have to charge the late fees” Then there was a month where I had to pay them a few days late I rang them in advance to tell them that they said it was fine then harassed my guarantor again for the money! The communication between the team is clearly an absolute joke!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE They don't take payment when money is there.and then charge you late payment fees. I have been lucky enough to get out of this loan. But I'm still receiving emails, text messages saying payment failed? Trading standards need to shut these loan predator's down ASAP!!!
Very disgusting and bad loan company. The account representative was rude. It took more than 3 days before my guarantor was able to fill the form because of error from their online form. Finally when my guarantor was accepted, I called for the next step, I was put on hold for like an hour, later I was transferred to a very rude account representative that told me I couldn't get the loan because I have not been in the UK for 3 years. I later got the same loan from Amigo and the loan has been paid back. TrustTwo just wasted my time.
Absolutely appalling service and very concerning that Trust two want to contact your workplace. I wouldn't want my manager knowing I was taking out a loan and shouldn't have to divulge this confidential information to my workplace. Also what exactly is the point of doing an online application then asking all the same questions on the phone?? Sort yourself out. To all of you out there that need financial help asap and from a good company go to Amigo! Trust two i will never be using you again, completely false advertising and information given to people just to get a customer on the phone and then mess them around some more. Seems as though having a guarantor and good credit isn't enough for this company
A Completely bogus company. They spoke to me as a guarantor and said I need to upload my payslips following an email instruction. I never received that email and when called back they said my information is not in their system. Then they said it was declined although they neither informed the applicant nor the guarantor about it. SO DO NOT WASTE TIME WITH THEM.
Awful company. Don't go anywhere near. I was a guarantor for a friend and was hounded for payments in arrears when an arrangement was already made to defer the payment. In the last 5 days I've received 2 calls per day stating the account is in arrears and requires payment, even though numerous conversations have been had stating that the account has no outstanding payments and that it had actually been overpaid by £145. Staff are utterly useless and either do not make notes on accounts or are incapable of checking notes before making phone calls.
Trusttwo helped me through the process as a guarantor with clarity and patience. They kept me appraised of progress throughout and took time to ensure that the loan I was guaranteeing is the right one and affordable from the borrowers perspective. They also made sure I understand the circumstances that would lead to me making repayments on behalf of the borrower and that these are affordable from my perspective, should the need arise.
This company is complete rubbish. Currently building my credit to a good score. I have car finance with Lloyds bank. Also never missed a payment on all my cards etc in 6 years. Decided to give TrustTwo a try considering the 37.9% was high but was going to settle in a years time. First of all my guarantor has a extremely high credit score 800+ and is a U.K. homeowner. After asking me ridiculous questions on the breakdown on how you will be spending the money in detail and getting all the paperwork over to them, and saying that everything is complete and pay-out should be on the day. They sent a text the following morning saying my guarantor didn’t meet the criteria! Complete rubbish. After nearly two weeks of requesting one thing after another and I quote I asked each time is their any other additional information needed so I can get it all at once etc I’m sorry but I not in a complete need for your loan it would of been nice for a planned holiday and reducing some credit cards but tbh not essential. Remove my details completely. As for the rep dealing with it LUKE GORDON sounded like a complete street chav who has no idea of customer service what so ever sounded like this was his first job since after being on government JSA income support. Arrogant and no courtesy. I’ve been doing customer service/management for 18 years now and if he was on my team you defiantly wouldn’t meet the criteria. Have to say FEEFO who apparently they advertise as reviews is like a marketing tool. Real reviews comes from real people. Thanks for reading this and hope this helps other people decide on if you want companies and individuals know about your business to begin with. Thanks Google for helping the people spread real reviews!
Dont bother applying if you're on furlough because they wont accept you. So I just spent ages filling details out and calling them for them to tell me this. I dont know why they dont just put this information straight on their website before you apply to save you time. Only reason they got 3 stars is because they were very nice on the phone.
Once the loan was accepted, there was a fairly fast payout. Ive had to contact this company concerning my payments a number of times, and it has taken forever for somone to answer the phone. Once this loan is paid, i will never use this company again. Customer services communication is terrible
