5 years of drama with this company. So many people out to rectify sub standard workmanship. Ordering wrong parts, poor communication, arriving with an attitude as if I’ve inconvenienced them! Promised the world but struggled to deliver. Originally advised to use WD40 to clean down my composite door. Notice front door stained, company called and they sent service guy out. He stated should never use WD40 as it stains. Unable to get a call back after completing a service request online. Absolutely poor, avoid this company!
Great experience with Securahome. Gary came out to provide the initial quote and was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional and patient as it took me an age to get back to him - sorry about that!. The door was installed approximately 6 weeks advised it would be approx 4-8 weeks after we paid the initial deposit and we were kept updated about the installation date. The installer sorry, I didn't catch his name was extremely helpful and did a superb job. Overall, very happy and will certainly use again.
Having recently had a new roof on my conservatory, I can honestly say this company has been first class from initially visiting the showroom all the way to completion. A massive thank you must go to the 2 workers Anthony & Geraint. They were both extremely polite and hard workers even on the first day when the heavens opened. First class work by all. Thank you
Just had ten windows replaced after years of hardwood, ladders and wood stain. Delivery time was quick and fitted in two days. Geraint and Anthony arrived on the dot of 8.30 and worked continuously throughout both days. They left the house, windows and drive clean. The advice from sales and the surveyor was taken onboard and now fitted all made sense. Very pleased from start to finish....Bought a conservatory, front and rear doors from Securahome over the last ten years. Never had any problems but some bad reviews online. They have now been taken over with most of the same staff but with a very positive attitude towards service and satisfaction.
My sister recently had 5 windows, 2 doors and a front room window changed into a patio door. Securahome carried out the work within 2 days to a high standard. A special thankyou to Gary Hopkins for arranging and monitoring the work. There were a very few minor adjustments to door fits etc. I pointed them out to Gary over the weekend by email and he attended my sisters house on Monday, to view minor issues and get them booked in with fitters to get sorted. Carrying out this amount of work, minor issues can be expected. However, its good to know that securahome will respond quickly and positively to any issues.
I am absolutely delighted with my new window and back door. The fitter who removed old and installed new is a genius. I could not believe the speed and accuracy of his work, the man is a master craftsman. If I decide to have further work done I will choose this company and ask for the same fitter to do the job.
Absolute ****. Simple enough standard roundabout setup. You decide to rewrite the highway code, cut everyone off and have a good laugh about it on your way through. Your driving seems to match your customer reviews!
We had a conservatory roof fitted All the workman who attended site were excellent and very courteous throughout.Particular thanks and praise must go to James and Dewi who were on site for 8 days and did a fantastic job with very good attention to detail to ensure we were updated and explained what work was carried out that day . A credit to your company Thank you

Very poor experience. Securahome fitted the conservatory 12 years ago, and several bits of glass were blown and one had filled with water. We asked them to come and fit 3 replacement panes of glass. Leighton came and measured and sent us the quote for £1600 and we paid half as requested immediately. That was in January. Another gentleman came out in February to take a template, but he said it was a two man job... Surely that would have already been seen? Several calls and emails later, one excuse after another, a man down, short staffed, catching up on a backlog and yesterday we finally asked for our money back. Knowing how quick it is to refund someone, I'm alarmed to see the money is still not back in the account. They used to have such a good reputation, not sure what's gone wrong.
