I cannot speak highly enough of the service and product supplied to us by Ark Fencing & Landscape Supplies. From start to finish we were impressed by the quality of workmanship and the friendliness of all the staff from John the boss to Jamie and Ash the carpenters. If you are considering having your garden fenced or decked then I would look no further than Ark......Tim & Fee

Placed and paid for timber order on Thursday for a Saturday delivery (8-8:30) company phone at 8:30 on Saturday to say they only have half the order available and will deliver the rest on Tuesday! I have arranged and paid labourers to work the weekend to lay the decking. Disgusting customer service, what am I supposed to do now!

Thank you so much to the boys for working so hard over the last two days to build our decking - it looks fantastic! We can't wait to get out there and BBQ on it We've used you several times over the years to build our front and back garden fencing - you have always been so professional, friendly and helpful and the quality of workmanship is exceptional - highly recommended!

I found the person who dealt with my enquiry on prices of decking timber really unhelpfull as soon as I told him I was laying the decking myself. As I am not in the trade I felt belittled by him as I had not brought a plan of the decking with me. I felt as if I was taking up to much of his time because I did not wish for Ark to carry out the work themselves. Their prices may very well be competitive but I would rather pay a little bit for timber to company that are give good advice and are helpfull to their customers. I do not recommend Ark at all.
