Securahome replaced our conservatory roof with a solid one and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They were always on time, courteous and respectful. The workmanship was of good quality and nothing was too much trouble. Communication was always good and whatever was promised was always delivered. Because of the quality of service we received we have since had a new front door fitted and the customer care was superb.

Utterly disappointed and let down with Securahome. Despite paperwork being completed on the 16th December 2015, and initial timescales given February, it was no until August 3rd and several phone calls later, that the conservatory was ‘finished’. Their website boasts a ‘focus on providing quality,’ however the workmanship evident is nothing less than shoddy in parts. Trims that have been cut too short have been simply filled with silicone, and led cut too long, simply left to hang over. The finish around the frames, again sloppy, and many of the window frame joints have visible gaps. The individuals in the team are polite, but getting commitment and some co-ordination from them, again is a task. The only time I received an unprompted phone call was when an installment was due on the glass work; glass work that was installed with one piece already cracked and took a further two months to replace, again following a number of phone calls. Holistically dealing with Securahome on this occasion has been frustrating. Thy have overpromised and under delivered and I would neither recommend them or chose to use them again in the future.
