Horrible experience with this shop and its customer service, as other customers state here as well. I bought a product that I never received, they sent it to a wrong address and the parcel was lost, and they don´t want to refund me the product. Incredible. They don´t take any responsibility of their basic responsibility. The communication with them has been awful, no sense, no minimum reasonable, it is like they are crazy. I don´t usually spend my time writing reviews, but this experience has been so bad, that I would like to warn future potential customers, as I wouldn´t like that others to have this bad experience. I don´t recommend this shop at all. Really really bad.

Unable to track your order. The  only communication is calling internationally. My order was placed in the middle of June and the best estimated delivery date is in July.  I didn't notice anything on the order screen that my item was coming from the UK.

Poor communication. Confirms order can be placed and then refunds order without any emails to confirm why.

It was closing down so got some good bargains

Nice shop to have a browse in stocks plenty of holiday gifts

We have been going to Seaton for the last 15 years and are going this year we love it.

The wife loves this place.
