I would not recommend this medical group at all. They were completely unhelpful. My aunt was promised surgery, but later they refused to perform it due to her age. This is absolutely disgraceful. To make matters worse, she passed away just two weeks later, and they had the audacity to send a sympathy card. Truly appalling.

Questions repeat themselves and coincide with answers already given. . Also have never had the same doctor twice anytime so have to constantly run through my full medical history with different doctors. Also doctors don't seem to actually take time to search through recent medical history on computer to familiarise themselves with the patients recent doctors appointments or recent hospital appointments? Before the patient arrives. At least then they don't need to ask what the problem is? The questionnaire on klinik should have already explained what the appointment is for.

I know things have been difficult and a huge adjustment period for everyone but I think we must say when something is good. I've just spoken to a receptionist called Lisa hope naming is ok I was in a complete flap and very agitated and she was excellent. She helped keep me calm, solved the problem and explained everything to me in full. It really means a lot to have someone so helpful. Most of the problem was my own fault, but I was still spoken to in a lovely manner

I spoke to Olly,  our newest addition to reception. I can't praise him enough,  he was lovely,  kind and thoughtful and he sorted me out yesterday after I had a fall. Thank you Olly

Hello, I am thoroughly mystified not to see many more positive reviews for SPMG. My experience has been terrific. I have just moved to Northumberland and was very anxious about the continuity of care after moving. Apart from the Klinik system which I understand some people may have difficulty with, every aspect of my care has been undertaken with great care and professionalism. I have had medicals and other procedures. The nursing staff have been so considerate and careful. I have multiple health issues and had a seizure in reception a few weeks ago. The response from staff was amazing. Ten people came to help me. Having met Dr Bell, I can honestly say I have total confidence in her and the wider team. In spite of all the NHS problems at the moment, I know I am in good hands and would recommend SPMG to anybody considering registration with them.
