Been with this practice since moving to Bedlington from Scotland back in 2014. It's always been fantastic service given my current issues as of late and how often I have to see someone be it in person or speak to them over the phone. Doctor's are great and always there when I need them along with the pharmacist. Receptionists always polite and great to deal with over the phone.

Whilst I have the greatest of respect for the doctors and nurses who work and look after the patients who attend here, I find that in general the booking system is a joke and some staff here roboticaly refer you to the klinik booking system which I find to be long and drawn out. I have recently been told I can't prebook an appointment because I was on holiday and not in the area where I live. I thought by doing this it would save triage from having to assess my need and it would be at a time that suited and was convenient to me. I have also recently been told that I can no longer book appointments by phone and must use klinik. Not user friendly.

People only come on here to moan when things go wrong. I've been with these guys for well over a year and they've been very helpful. I come from a shocking surgery that maked me wait up to three weeks for an appointment and then saw a nurse practioner for things a doctor was needed for and messed up blood tests constantly... These are on the ball and always get me in within a week easily, often that same week, they're on the ball with paper work and work with you. I have zero complaints and staff are friendly helpful and doctors are kind and listen too and I've had a few different ones.

I've been going to this doctors for years. I find the staff very helpful and friendly. You do have a large waiting area that is always clean.nThe carpark is a big one but not enough space. My other downfall is it's a bit of a walk from carpark to reception. Especially if you have a disability.nThis doctors is using modern technology for appointments.

I've been with this Surgery since Sept 2024 and I can't fault them.  I've found all the Doctors & Nurses I've seen or spoken to by phone really good.
