By far the worst nhs doctors i have been registered at in the uk. when you call up to make an appointment the phone gets answered by a glorified receptionist by thinks he/she has sufficient medical training to determine weather you are ill enough to see a doctor. The whole system of calling up to wait for a doctor to call back to arrange a appointment is something expected in the 90's. As for the doctors at the practice i get the impression they don't particularly care, one example i can give is when i attended for serve chest pain symptoms close to Christmas. i had various tests the year before with no conclusion to what it could be. i was prescribed every pain relief under the sun and nothing could help. i was told i was basically making it up and it was all in my head and to see a psychologist asap. oh which i'm still waiting for my referral to come back 6 months later. one final piece of advice i would give the surgery is too take more care of their patients with server mental health difficulties, my partner suffers from bi-polar and because of your "receptionists" on desk she has found it very difficult to get an appointment because she feels they do not listen to her needs. very poor...

Poor customer service. Elderly woman was told to try another Medical practice when making a complaint to a young receptionists.
