Curves is excellent, great for a busy working lifestyle. You can get Fantastic results from a 30 minute work out. The coaches are fab always make sure you reach your goals. Great atmosphere 😊

Absolutely fantastic place to come and workout! Staff are very friendly and great at pushing you to get the best out of your work outs! It's a 30 minute circuit (1 hr 30 mins intensity)so you can squeeze it into any lifestyle and its a load of fun. So even if your just doing the gym or the gym and their brilliant personalised diet (like me) you'll be sure to get brilliant results and have a laugh whilst you do!

Amazing team. Very friendly and motivating. Underestimated the circuit which was a mistake very good variation in workout. So happy i joined!!!

I suffered a head injury nearly 4 years ago and since then I hardly leave the house. If it was not for curves Ashington with there brilliant staff Ails and Lesley helping me I don't honestly know where I would be now. Not only do they encourage me with my workout I also class them as my friends as they certainly cheer me up. Plus you work your whole body in 30mins and NO MEN OR MIRRORS lol. I would highly recommend Curves Ashington to everyone. I absolutely love it and the changes it makes to your self-esteem and body xx
