Generally friendly travel agent that communicate very well. I feel they have been badly let down by Caledonian Travel who have yet to reimburse them with our money after we didn’t get the hotel we paid for. We are still waiting 5 weeks after the holiday break in London. We paid the money to Seaside Travel and therefore I would expect Seaside Travel to pay us the money rather than wait until they receive it from Caledonian Travel. I do know that in the engineering contracting field this practice is illegal.
I find it quite rude that I have both commented on posts they share on FB to enquire further and ask a general questions if kids needed to be vaccinated to go on a cruise. NO REPLY, POST DELETED, I also private messaged them and again NO REPLY. I would have taken 2 mins to reply to say yes or no. I'm not commenting for a debate about covid I'm more disappointed about the pure ignorance sadly. Thank you

Booked my last 4 holidays through seaside travel and wouldn't go anywhere else, top class service and they are always on the hunt for the best deals. The girls are all really helpful whether face to face or on the telephone and thanks to Vanessa for her patience today she smiled all the way through the many questions and again have managed to book again so I left the shop smiling as holidays are my happy place
