I have used low cost sunshine on several occasions always found them to be helpful and reliable. I booked a holiday that has been cancelled twice by the covid pandemic each time I recieved excellent service to rebook, Richard found me an amazing holiday. The last time my holiday destination was on the amber list, as an NHS worker I was unable to go and as it was in the very near future I was at risk of losing my holiday and my money. Richard went above and beyond to sort this out for me contacting my holiday provider and re booking me on a different date also getting me the best deal possible at a fantastic hotel. I can't thank him enough for his patience, professionalism and assistance in sorting this out for me. He was amazing  saved my holiday

Do not book with lowcost sunshine they are soo rude and professional at all I wanted to treat my friend and pay for his stay with my card they accused me of fraud I booked my holiday 3 weeks in advance. And guess what 1 day before I check in they cancel my holiday. Its not just that also in they refuse to give me a refund and ask me to contact my bank to get my money back after all this headache I got my money back . If u want all this fun book with low cost sunshine

This travel agent has helped us out so many times, even when thomas cook folded the managed to sort us out at almost zero notice, we only ever use these as they really have beat the travel providers price, also all the staff are great 5 stars from me

Service is shocking from this company, don’t want to know and don’t want to help. Sandra’s attitude is a disgrace. I wouldn’t book anything with them.

Would highly recommend this  company to book holiday great discounts. Adviser phil was very helpful will use again.

Couldn't do enough for us very helpful.
