Disgusting service, we booked for a silverstone 2023 package 3 months ago, to get a call to say we can either pay an extra £300 per person £1200 extra - over £4000 total for 4 of us! or get a refund as the provider no longer has the allocation for general tickets. We could’ve bought the tickets ourselves 2 weeks ago, but went with Hays to get the service and the reliability. All the tickets and packages from other agents are sold out now so we can’t go. No discount offered at all on the ridiculous upgrade cost. Never received such a shocking service in all my life and will never book through Hays again.

Excellent service. Booked a holiday but had to cancel it due to covid change to the hotel we booked. Recieved a full refund with in the two weeks as promised. So the experience was as painless as it could be. Due to their service i would use and recommend them

The staff did not request special assistance on airline for my disabilities this could be classed as neglect of a vulnerable person and hate against disabled people. I was then touched on airline and nearly deafened by PA system. The hotel palm beach in kuta was terrible the food was bad, the breakfast not good, the staff were awkward the room terrible. No soap in bathroom even tho requested. Area not good and not by nightclub as I requested also area full of time share scammers and I was not warned or told about this. Staff from your branch seemed very disinterested in any of my concerns and quite ignorant. I paid money to go to Bali and other than flight and the taman harum hotel the rest holiday was not good at palm beach with the scammers and bad hotel. When I pay money for the assistance of a travel agent I expect to have experienced pickers for flight and hotel otherwise what is the point I might as well of booked flight myself and picked hotel via agoda or trip advisor I'm really not impressed with lack of knowledge or support and help for currency. Also I rang on Sunday was told tickets would be ready for Monday I went in Tuesday morning after badminton and no tickets sorted. I truly feel I have been discriminated against for my disabilities
Love the girls in Durham shop. Always so friendly and helpful. We always have a giggle and chat. One of the reasons why we return time and time again to book our holidays xxx
Recent years we have booked with Hays.Professional ,knowledgeable staff.Last year we had a holiday booked to Malaysia and Thailand.Very prompt with money back when had to cancel holiday
